Abstract

Present study reports Galeodes indicus Pocock, 1900 (Solifugae: Galeodidae) recorded the first time for Gujarat. A detailed morphological description, diagnosis, body measurement, and geographical distribution of the species are provided. Distribution of Galeodes indicus in India is mapped.
