THE EFFECT OF AIR POLLUTION AND CLIMATE CHANGE OF HUMAN HEALTH
Keywords:

Climate change and air pollution have been a matter of serious concern over the last several decades, everywhere in the entire world. Human diseases are associated with rapidly growing metropolitan regions that suffer severe weather conditions (heavy rains, high temperatures, floods, and droughts). The intensified heat waves as a result of climate change have led to the elevation in temperature levels causing thermal discomfort and several health issues to urban residents. The article also discusses how most Indian megacities air pollution levels are rising over the permitted levels. Exploration of aerosols and PM concentrations as well as discussion of the possible hazardous impacts on human health of inhaled particles that enter the respiratory system. Finally, it has been shown that there is a connection between climate change, air pollution, and urbanization because air pollutants (such as aerosols) have an impact on Earth's temperature both directly and indirectly. So, the present review will serve as baseline data as a result, the current analysis will act as a starting point for policymakers as they identify sensitive areas and put mitigation strategies into action to prevent air pollution. Based on a survey of Indian cities, adaptation and mitigation strategies may be implemented to address both climate change and the effects of air pollution on human health.
