Abstract

Two cases of Holstein Friesian crossbred cows were brought to the Veterinary Clinical Complex, College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Bikaner with the history of repeat breeding. Vaginal examination showed a unilateral Bartholin’s gland cyst on the left side of the vagina. The cyst was punctured, drained, and poured with antibiotic solution. The cows showed an uneventful recovery without showing reoccurrence.
